| Guests will enjoy exploring our working farm. Walking round the farm, sitting and taking in the spectacular views, well away from traffic and other urban intrusions, is a perfect way to relax.
The farm has a variety of animals, these include:-
- Dexter and Hereford cattle
- Pedigree Longhorn Herd of Cattle
- Sheep
- Tamworth, Gloucester Old Spot and Saddle Back Pigs
- Cats
- Sheep Dog Called Tim
- Poultry
Children will enjoy feeding time and will make friends with the many residents of the Gaer.
New for 2009 is our herd of Longhorn Cattle, situated at the Bwlch farm. This majestic breed of cattle is a traditional breed of Great Britain renowned for it's delicious beef and beautiful brown and white coats, along with their splendid long horns.
